IL Fiorello is a family-owned premium olive oil producer, wine retailer and event center located in the Suisun Valley of Fairfield, CA.
We are seeking a professional hospitality associate for our beautiful olive oil tasting room and event facility.
Candidates with sales and hospitality experience preferred.
Successful candidates will be energetic and dedicated to providing superior customer service.
Hospitality Associates will be flexible in scheduling and willing to work weekends and occasional evenings and/or special events.
The Hospitality Associate reports directly to the Hospitality Manager.
Duties:
Greet guests at the Visitor Center entrance door.
Knowledge of IL Fiorello products (training provided).
Luncheon and Special Event service.
The possibility to progress into hosting olive oil tastings.
Assist guests in the retail room and operating the POS for retail purchases and transactions.
Clear olive oil tasting settings, clean bar and tasting tables as needed.
Assist with serving during Bistro hours and Special Events.
Assist with set-up and post meal cleanup.
Dishes as necessary.
Assist with retail room stocking.
Assess and clean outdoor area with chairs and tables.
Assist with bottling and labeling of products.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor on duty.
