Monthly property performance ADR Occupancy RevPar Comp performance Staff performance Other operational items Internal and external strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats Customer satisfaction Changing market conditions Facilitate monthly staff meetings Coordinate time and date with attendees and schedule meeting This meeting should take place during the first week of the month Organize food order Draft agenda and deliver to your report two days prior to meeting During the meeting, report on the following:
Revisit prior week topics--discuss open items from prior week New topics Record minutes from meeting Publish finalized minutes on google drive Print out minutes and make available to all staff for review Record any policies and best practices established during meeting in a centralized location where all staff have access for tracking and reference purposes Employee and Labor Relations Manage and oversee staff scheduling Set monthly staff schedules based on circumstances and staff preferences Manage staff requests for time off Manage and minimize overtime accrual Staff performance Build rapport with employees by fostering and environment of open communication and spending time with employees on the frontlines Make self-available to employees for learning opportunities Facilitate staff evaluations on a quarterly basis Document items discussed:

Hiring Use external hiring resources to market and search for employees, if there is a business case or requirement Facilitate the hiring process through marketing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Staff responsibilities Assign core responsibilities to staff and additional responsibilities outside of core front desk and housekeeping operation responsibilities Front desk Employee satisfaction Organize and facilitate one team of choice activity per quarter Organize, facilitate, and monitor, at minimum, one incentive-based competition that benefits the business per month.
Present proposed competition to management during management meeting and obtain approval prior to setting competition.
Conduct one monthly 1 on 1 catch up with each staff members to discuss morale, progression, areas of improvement, etc.
