We handle contract to hire, direct hire and temp staffing arrangements.
We are looking to add a experienced business development associate to our team.
Business development associates will have experience with the following:
Establish a pipeline with target companies in our sector Work with existing accounts to help expand average customer value Close new accounts on a consistent basis Work with recruiting to adjust / align as needed Help implement sales culture and expand We are looking to expand into 3 locations within the next 12 months so this is a great opportunity for those that are looking to get in on the ground floor! Experience with sales in the staffing / recruiting space is a huge plus! If you match all the experience requirements and experienced w/ the staffing / recruiting space - base range:
$85k - $135k! Commission packages also available based on total amount of sales generated.
Typically will add about $25,000 - $100,000 commission per year.
Ideal candidates will have existing accounts and business within the staffing and recruiting space.
