Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Train and develop team members on sales techniques and product knowledge - Monitor and maintain inventory levels and stock replenishment - Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions - Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and goals - Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:
