Casual work attire On-the-job training Flexible working hours Retail Sales Associate Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information/demonstration and answer customer inquiries - Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Receive orders from various vendors and fulfill orders placed by customers - Ensure products are properly displayed and restocked as needed - Advertise/sign people up for music lessons
Qualifications:
- Basic musical knowledge - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products is preferred - Able to use a cash register and handling cash transactions - Fluent in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written - Comfortable using a translator if speaking in another language is unavailable - Basic computer and keyboard knowledge - Write and format professional emails and maintain a work-related calendar - Ability to play at least one musical instrument proficiently is a requirement Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and enjoy flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and opportunities within the world of music.
