- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests using the hotel's reservation system - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Assist guests with luggage and other requests - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements:
