We take a hands-on approach to facilitate the acquisition of new consumers and manage the long-lasting relationships that we establish.

While driving company growth is imperative, we also heavily focus on developing our Customer Service Representatives.

In that case, our Customer Service Representative role is the ideal position for you! As A Customer Service Representative, You Will:
Educate and provide accurate information directly to consumers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions Develop and serve as the direct point of contact for our client's customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution Support our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales Maintain detailed customer account information, including address, contact information, and billing Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients What We Look For From Our Customer Service Representative:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Service Representative team A self-starter with a competitive spirit to accomplish set targets and drive our clients' growth forward Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision Job Type:
