As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our flower shop.

Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing them with information on our products and services.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect floral arrangements for their occasions.
Phone Orders:
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
Take orders over the phone, answer customer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
Order Preparation:
Assemble and prepare floral arrangements based on customer orders.
Ensure the arrangements are beautifully presented and ready for delivery or pickup.
Coordination with Drivers:
Work closely with our delivery drivers to ensure that orders are correctly assigned, packaged, and ready for timely delivery.
Maintain communication with drivers to ensure smooth deliveries.
Support to Florists:
Assist our florists in daily tasks, which may include preparing flowers, arranging bouquets, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Point of Sale Transactions:
Process customer transactions accurately using our point of sale system.
Handle cash and card payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash register balances.
Inventory Management:
Help monitor and maintain inventory levels, restocking products as needed to ensure a well-stocked and appealing shop.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a creative eye for floral arrangements.
Basic computer skills for order processing.
Reliable and punctual.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
The ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages will be a significant asset in providing exceptional service and catering to a diverse customer base.
