Parkway Animal Center, located in the center of the vibrant community of Fairfield, is looking for a Client Services Representative for our front office operations! Our ambition is simple- be the hospital we want to take our own pets to! This is an opportunity for a Client Service Representative looking to work with a team of excellent staff, and the clientele for our boarding, grooming, and hospital patients.

What you'll be doing:
Under the direction of the Practice and Boarding and Grooming managers, and in cooperation with the support staff, you will coordinate and provide support for the Grooming and Boarding staff, oversee administrative duties of the front staff, oversee all client-centric operations, and provide structure for the service team to continue excelling.
What you'll bring:
Passion for helping pets and their humans alike; Ability to interact and communicate (verbally and non-verbally) with professionalism, empathy, and respect both with clients and team members; Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a sometimes stressful environment with evolving priorities; Strong sense of personal accountability and reliability; A customer-centric mindset; desire to go the extra mile to help a pet parent in need; Experience in using technology quickly and efficiently; Attention to detail; 1
years of experience working in a clinical, patient-facing role in a veterinary setting is highly preferred; however we are willing to train highly motivated individuals.
