This will be a Part-Time position:
Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for preparing and submitting invoices for payment approvals in Accounts Payable database.
Maintains detailed documentation in propriety system(s) of submitted invoices, including follow-up and related internal and external correspondence.
Informs Manager of problems related to invoices and works with Manager and all parties involved to ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinates special projects and assignments as required.
Deposit preparation Required Skills and Experience Ability to appropriately & effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities & deadlines.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Work and Outlook.
Superior organizational skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
A positive & compassionate attitude.
