We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a 100 unit apartment complex in Fairfield.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED - Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Familiarity with property management software - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws governing property management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective tenant communication.
