Essential Functions:
Provides administrative and analytic support to the Producers Dairy Human Resources.
Works on highly confidential and complex projects, using independent judgment and discretion.
Under direction of the HR Manager, engages in department audits, including but not limited to I-9, 401k, payroll, and benefits.
Provides analytic data to leadership based on findings and recommends resolutions.
Performs data entry in payroll and benefits systems ensuring entries are precise and complete.
Familiarizes self with company policies & procedures and acts as a resource to team members for minor benefits and payroll-related questions.
Provides written materials to team members as needed.
Ensures all employment-related filing is current and accurately placed in employment files.
Suggests and makes improvements in filing system, as needed.
Supports by ensuring all driver files are up-to-date and participates in driver audits.
Assists in the recruitment of company positions, including, but not limited to:
screening applicants, communicating with candidates and hiring manager, setting interview appointments, extending offers, and arranging for pre-employment screening.
Assists with benefits-related events and activities, including Wellness, Open Enrollment, and New Hire Orientation.
May handle arrangements for refreshments, vendor participation, location, etc.
Completes forms and documents as requested by team members and outside agencies.
Produces printed materials for the department.
Schedules meetings, answers phone calls, and responds to messages for the team, as needed.
Other duties and projects assigned.
Job Requirement High School Diploma or GED.
Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
Five years (or more) experience performing a wide variety of generalist duties.
Payroll experience in California, a plus.
Ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations to resolve any issues.
Ability to multi-task and respond to requests promptly.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must understand the importance of confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Strong level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, etc.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to work individually, as well as in a team dynamic.
Well-built skills in organization, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service focus - pleasant and helpful disposition in interacting with others.
Solution-oriented.
Hourly Range:
$27.
80- $30.
90 Schedule:
M/W/F 10am-6:
30pm and T/Th 8am-5:
00pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
