At Nexus Therapies, we're looking for a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team.
This role involves working closely with a variety of professionals, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Program Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Therapists (BTs).
You'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Through employing evidence-based behavior analytic methodologies, you'll offer both direct and indirect services to enhance the lives of Nexus Therapies' clients.
Key
Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence:
Administer, conduct, and evaluate behavioral and functional assessments, creating individualized behavior support plans based on data.
Team Leadership:
Train and supervise BCaBAs, Mid-Level Supervisors, RBTs, and BTs on educational and clinical programs, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Program Oversight:
Manage ongoing program effectiveness, holding team meetings for case reviews and making data-informed program adjustments.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure meticulous recordkeeping practices, maintaining all necessary documentation and adhering to professional, regulatory, and statutory standards.
Client & Staff Development:
Facilitate parent training sessions, conduct developmental assessments, and provide continuous professional development opportunities for your team.
Essential Functions:
Develop and oversee individualized client programs, ensuring they align with assessment data and documented goals.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations, crafting tailored support plans.
Regularly monitor client progress, updating goals, and adjusting interventions as necessary.
Supervise and evaluate team performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
Maintain active communication with the Clinical Director, promptly addressing any issues that impact client satisfaction or progress.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification and adherence to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
Proven experience in ABA assessment and clinical services delivery for individuals with developmental disorders.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising, educating, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a billable caseload and maintain comprehensive and compliant records.
Commitment to professional development, both for self and team members, with a focus on expanding expertise outside of one's current knowledge base.
