Local Class A - FedEx Contractor Truck Driver
We represent an independent contractor for FedEx Ground and are in need of 2 - 3 regional truck drivers out of Fairfield CA. We are looking for Safe & Reliable drivers!!! We pull both doubles and 53 foot trailers. Your shift will be Monday to Friday, generally start about 7:00 PM in at the Fairfield FedEx Terminal and then you will operate between the other FedEx terminals in the region (Sacramento, Fremont, Oakland, Etc.) and end early the following morning back at the Fairfield terminal.
I can only hire Drivers that meet the FedEx Qualifications. The Qualifications are not negotiable and mandated by FedEx.
Qualifications are:
Class A license with Doubles endorsement
Clean background history (No Criminal History)
Clean MVR
1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience in the last 3 years
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a current DOT Physical card
Benefits
$.50 per mile ($850 per week guaranteed)
$300 Hiring bonus

Home everyday
Mostly pull terminal to terminal
Drop and Hook never touch freight
Operate clean well maintained equipment
