THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-9, is to function as the senior NCO within the operations and training area. Under the direction of the Training Officer this position oversees and ensures the accomplishment of work performed in the areas of operations and training management. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance. General
Experience:
Experience with education and training policy requirements. TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-9:
Must have at least 24 months experience conducting and developing education and training programs; Experience conducting audio-visual presentations, educational tests and measurements, and instructing techniques; Experience performing counseling and training techniques, instruction methods, and curriculum development; Experience scheduling training events and facilities, conducting assistance visits and training meetings; Experience in completing student progress evaluations and using training aids; Experience in identifying and conducting individual learning difficulties diagnoses and recommending courses of remedial instruction. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
