TRAINING TECHNICIAN

THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION The primary purpose of the TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-11, is to develop and oversee the execution of the command's operations, training and safety plans and policies. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance. General
Experience:
Possess a minimum of one year on-the-job experience in the grade immediately below or equivalent to the next higher level AND Posses an academic undergraduate degree with courses in education, grammar and composition, speech, psychology, guidance, and sociology; or, social and behavioral sciences is mandatory. TRAINING TECHNICIAN, GS-1702-11:
Must have at least 12 months experience equivalent to at least GS-9; or, three full academic years of progressively higher level college degree; At least 24 months experience military training centers, training programs, schools, and units; Experience in conducting and developing education and training programs; Experience in training program management, scheduling training events and facilities, conducting assistance visits and training meetings; Experience in organizing and preparing instructional materials; Experience developing course syllabi, training project outlines, and daily and weekly lesson plans; Experience in preparing assignments, laboratory exercises, demonstrations, training aids, and references and related material required to parallel and supplement course outline; Experience in identifying and conducting individual learning difficulties diagnoses and recommends courses of remedial instruction; Knowledge of Army or Air Force vision, values, organization, policy, and mission. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
