Assist the outside collections agencies with any documentation or questions that may come up throughout the course of doing business.

Process all incoming communications from members, vendors, and attorneys, Assist front office staff with specialized instructions on handling loss mitigation accounts. Process all incoming invoices and reconcile all outgoing payments, balance and maintain multiple general ledgers, process all incoming payments on specialty bankruptcy or repossession accounts, Assist the manager and supervisor with special projects and daily tasks needed to ensure the accuracy of maintaining specialty accounts


 


Education: High school diploma from International Studies Academy San Francisco, CA
