I was hired as the Accounts Receivable Manager. When I started I spent a great deal of time clearing up the previous employee’s mess. Exercised all functions of standard working office and learned the business’s lines of industrial liquid flow meters (retail / wholesale) able to ask pertinent questions to find out exact needs of customer’s liquid metering application. Daily I handled Receiving payments, Billing customers, Assembly, Shipping, Receiving, Account management, and Customer Service. Monthly I provided Reports, and Quarterly Reports. I assisted with Inventory and Correspondence, Mailers, Accounts Payable, Records and Forms. Also, before leaving I constructed a comprehensive Operations Manual for all of the jobs I handled in the company.
Prior to John F. Coyle I worked as an Office Executive Assisting at Napa Valley Executive Center, where I scanned, transcribed, typed up, and made various art projects for customers who were Judges, Attorneys, and prominent business executives/owners in the valley. I assisted managed a distributor sales at American Gunsmithing Institute, where I did internal sales, all office work, bookkeeping, invoicing and receivables and payables. I also worked several other retail positions, some in small offices, some in construction, contractors, truck-stops, ice cream/restaurants and service businesses.
